Photoshop actions are recorded processes that enable you to "play" back those steps faster than you could carry them out manually. They are specifically designed to speed up your workflow and decrease amount of time carrying out redundant tasks.

Can I use actions in Lightroom?

No. Photoshop Actions are not compatible in Lightroom.

How do I install the actions?

Installing actions into Photoshop is very different than installing actions into Photoshop Elements.

What versions of Photoshop do your actions work with?

Our Photoshop actions work with CS2-CS6. Our Photoshop Elements actions work with Elements 6-10. However, our actions do not work with the software sold through the Mac App store. 

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure that you choose the correct action for your version of Photoshop before purchasing.

What happens if I lose my actions?

It is your responsibility to back up all action purchases and store them safely in case of hard drive failure or any unforseable loss. However, we offer a one (1) time reset of your order, free of charge. 

Can I share my actions with others?

No! Each action purchase is licensed to one user only. Sharing violates our copyright and terms of use agreement and is considered stealing. Please see our post here.
